Selecting a balanced diet that provides essential and non-essential nutrients acts as preventive medicine. After booking, you will complete a detailed health and diet questionnaire. Based on your pet's age, breed, and lifestyle, we work together to identify your pet's nutritional needs. The consultation includes understanding pet food labels, information on supplements, and calculating daily calorie requirements. The goal is to give you the tools to make the best nutritional choices for your pet. Cost 75.00 

The two primary reasons for pet obesity are excessive caloric intake and reduced energy expenditure. In this consultation, we review the caloric intake, treats, and human food your pet consumes. We will investigate the link between diet quality, palatability, and consumption. We will identify the physical  the humanization of pets, and how our emotions influence feeding habits. The consultation includes a structured weight loss program designed to meet nutritional needs. The consultation includes biweekly weigh-ins and evaluation of the program's effectiveness. A tailored approach to keeping your pet active, strong, and at a healthy weight through achievable routines includes essential meal planning for pets, and physical activity programs. Physical activity builds muscle mass, strengthens joints, improves mobility and increases endurance.  Nutrition and movement work together to support long-term vitality and comfort. In this consultation we will review the current and future nutritional needs of the pet, along with designing and implementing a physical activity program. Cost 100.00

Pets are living longer thanks to improved nutrition and medical care. Aging is not a disease but a process. While we cannot reverse our pet's aging, we can understand the normal and abnormal changes associated with it. In this consultation, we will review your pet's medical history, current chronic conditions, and current diet. The goal of this consultation is to help pet owners understand the aging process, identify changes in health conditions, and understand the role of nutrition in supporting it. Cost 75.00
